Review: Granchi by Calda Pizza

So there’s a new pizza place nearby called Calda Pizza and pizza fiend that I am, I just have to try it out! 😀 For my first try, I went for a regular (10″) Granchi pizza which sells for P260. That’s tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, bacon, pepperoni, summer sausage and mushrooms. Quite a lot of toppings on paper, right? In real life:

I would have given it five stars, but for the kinda sparse toppings. Despite the meager toppings (except for the mozzarella, which was dished out quite generously) the pizza was surprisingly tasty. The crust is thin and crunchy in some places, just the way I like it. I really liked it. So much in fact that I downed four slices in one sitting. 😛 Oh, and yeah, it’s not quite as filling as, say Yellow Cab pizzas, that’s why I was able to eat so much without feeling up-to-the-neck full. 😉

How about you, have you tried Calda Pizza? 🙂
